A MAN has been summoned to court in connection with the death of a Wiltshire woman in a Devizes car smash last year.
Brad Hayden, 26, of Parkfield, Devizes, has been summoned to appear at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on July 12, 2019.
He will then be formally charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
It follows the death of 21-year-old mum Karly Heweson in a crash on Bath Road, Devizes, last August. Another woman, 20, was seriously injured in the crash.
Another man who was arrested at the time of the collision will face no further action.
