Accident on M4 and heavy rain causing delays
A CAR accident on the M4 and heavy rain is causing delays westbound on the M4 between Junctions 16 and 17.
The vehicle involved in the accident has been moved to the hard shoulder but traffic is slow passing the scene.
Motorists should take extra care when driving in bad weather conditions and leave more space between their vehicle and the one in front.
UPDATE: The accident has now been cleared and traffic returned to normal.
