The top property deal in Swindon since January last year amounted to more than £22million.
And the top 20 makes for interesting reading, and includes a pub, a huge office tower, a massive distribution centre and an old carriage works.
None of the top 20 property deals were residential homes - all were business or retail premises.

Others in the top 20 list (below) that you might not immediately recognise include 26-38 Regent Street - bettter known as The Savoy Wetherspoon Pub.
The pub was the 13th biggest property deal in Swindon since the beginning of 2018.
The deed date was January 31 this year and it fetched £4,326,000.
