DOG lovers should head to Aldbourne for its annual Doggy Day .
The event on Sunday will host a dog show and vintage cars will be on display.
One of the organisers Anne Sandford said: “We adore dogs and all things vintage.
"It is a fun and friendly day out.”
Starting at 10.30am, there will be a stalls on offer selling craft items, vintage traders and charity tents.
A vintage tea tent will serve home-made cakes, ginger beer, cream soda and other refreshments, alongside a bar and picnic area.
The event is in aid of Oak & Furrows Wildlife Rescue, based near Cricklade, with smaller donations going to local village groups.
The dog show classes run from 11am and include some unusual categories, including an 11-legged race, best local work companion and the naughtiest dog.
Entry for the dog show classes is £1.50 per dog.
Owners are asked to keep their dogs on leads and pick up after them.
“You do not need a dog or a classic car, just come along for a brilliant, fund, chaotic day,” added Mrs Sandford.
The event is being held at Palmer’s Field, Farm Lane.
