PATIENTS using the walk-in centre in Islington Street are being asked for their views on the service by the Clinical Commissioning Group.
NHS England want to simplify the way people can access the service and they are looking to improve the centre.
They will be asking patients why they’re visiting, if they would use another service and their views on the centre.
Using the results from the patients they will make changes to the centre as more people are using appointments for treatments that could be given by their GP.
NHS England wanted to simplify the way it is being used because of this and it will take two weeks to complete the survey.
Healthwatch Swindon is helping the CCG and they want anyone who has used the service to answer their
survey.
It will be open until 5pm on Friday 9 August but if anyone is needing a paper copy of the survey they can call CCG’s office.
