A GIANT 10,000sq ft inflatable park is taking over an indoor football centre for the summer.

Called Funzy, it will open at the end of the month at Playfootball in Kembrey Park.

It will include a giant slide, an obstacle course, a fitness run, ball pit and an enclosed football pitch, among other things.

Funzy manager David Hames said: “This is a one-of-a-kind, new concept in the UK.

“It's is a unique attraction suitable for all the family.

“Our indoor inflatable theme park is specifically designed to suit for all ages and fitness levels to create family fun.”

The blow up park opens on Tuesday July 30 and runs until September 1, taking up three of the five indoor football pitches.

“You can tackle the ninja zone, dare yourself to jump off our stunt freefall or have fun on our slides,” added Mr Hames.

The Swindon attraction will be the only one in the south of England, and the second one in the whole country after one in Bradford.

“Swindon is an ideal location for us to come because it’s in the middle.

"You’ve got Gloucester and Bristol on one side and Oxford and Reading on the other,” added Mr Hames.

The park will include a toddler zone for those under the age of 18 months, while children under four must be accompanied by an adult.

Mr Hames said: “We provide a safe environment for active children, teenagers and adults."
