Four pumps from Trowbridge and Devizes fire stations responded to the fire at Eddie’s diner. The blaze was put out using two main jets and three hose reel jets.
The incident could have been even worse. Crews said they had found three gas cylinders, which had to be cooled.
A neighbouring factory building was also saved, Trowbridge firefighters said on Twitter.
