A MANCHESTER man is due to appear before Swindon magistrates this morning charged with robbing a post office at knifepoint.
Daniel Monk, 34, of Meltham Avenue, Manchester, is accused of taking between £750 and £800 from the Wren’s Shop in East Knoyle, near Warminster, on Saturday, August 3.
He has been charged with robbery and two counts of possession of a knife.
A woman, 26, also from Manchester, was also arrested on suspicion of robbery. She has been released on conditional bail.
