Major power outages have been reported across the UK.
It is not known if anyone in Swindon has been affected.
The blackouts have impacted trains, airports and traffic lights.
Power suppliers in the south west have said there was a major incident caused by a failure on National Grid's network.
Network Rail has said that all trains have stopped after a "power surge on the national grid" and have warned passengers to expect delays.
