AN OFFICE space in Kembrey Park has been snapped up by a private investor
Smethurst Property Consultants advised and represented the purchaser of the building which completed an extensive refurbishment in 2012.
The 27,773sq ft space over a ground floor and first floor with 140 car parking spaces outside is let in its entirety to Smiths News in the central Swindon business park
A spokesman for the property consultants said: "Kembrey Park provides a range of high quality office, warehouse and light industrial accommodation totalling in excess of 700,000 sq ft.
"It has been successful in attractive major occupiers including Thames Water, Honda, Optima Defence, DHL and Booker.
"The park has on-site management and 24-hour security and CCTV and provides a particularly well-managed and landscaped environment."
The same company bought Auckland House in Lydiard Fields on behalf of financial advice network Openwork Holdings Ltd earlier this year.
The office space in the West Swindon business park near Junction 16 of the M4 used to be occupied by Burmah Castrol.
