A cat was rescued by firefighters after getting stuck behind built in wardrobes in Eldene.
The cat had climbed on top of the wardrobes and then fell behind them at a home in Ecklington.
At 8.26am today a specialist animal rescue officer from DW Fire and Rescue used small tools to help the stranded moggy.
They cut a hole into the back of the wardrobe and the firefighter used a hammer and chisel to set it free.
