TWO men will stand trial for their part in an affray in Wood Street last year.

The pair were part of four accused of threatening unlawful violence in Old Town, on October 6 last year.

The affray relates to an incident said to have started inside a nightclub.

At Swindon Crown Court yesterday, Lucy Dullea, 23, of Okus Road, and Jordan Lane, 24, of Castleton Road, pleaded guilty to the charge.

Olly Rouse-McCue, 19, Lyndhurst Crescent, and Paul Sheeran, 34, of Guppy Street, pleaded not guilty.

Rouse-McCue and Sheeran will stand trial on December 2.

Dullea and Lane will be sentenced after the conclusion of the trial. Judge Peter Crabtree ordered a pre-sentence report to be written by the probation service.

All were released on unconditional bail.
