A NIGHTCLUBBER who punched a woman in the face is wanted by police.
The assault happened at around 2.30am on Friday August 16 in The Edge on Bridge Street.
Police are appealing for information and urged anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them as soon as possible.
Anyone who can help should call 101.
In a separate appeal, officers are investigating a series of garage break-ins in Swindon which happened over the weekend.
A spokesman said: "Between 1.45am and 9.30am on Sunday, a number of garages were broken into along Colbourne Street.
"A grey Carrerra mountain bike was stolen from one of the garages.
"If you were in the area of Colbourne Street at the time or you live in the street and saw or heard anything suspicious, please call 101 and quote log number 145 of September 1."
