New figures have revealed which GP surgeries patients rate highest when it comes to being able to see their preferred GP.
Best-rated was Elm Tree Surgery in Shrivenham, with 71 per cent of its patients saying they almost always got to see the GP they wanted.
Worst were the North Swindon Practice on Thames Avenue and Kingswood Surgery with just 26 per cent of the practices’ patients say they could see their preferred doctor.
Old Town Surgery on Curie Avenue scored 27 per cent from its patients.
Priory Road Medical Centre on Priory Road had 30 per cent of its patients said they found it easy to see their preferred GP.
Three practices out of five that were under the management of IMH received mixed reviews.
Patients at Abbey Meads said they could see their preferred GP 69 per cent of the time, Taw Hill scored 42 per cent and Moredon Medical Centre, 36 per cent.
Ridge Green Medical Practice on Ramleaze Drive scored 39 per cent and Sparcells Surgery on Midwinter Close had 38 per cent.
