A SWINDON-BASED recruitment team which spots top talent in science, tech, engineering and maths has opened up a new division focused on finance.

Ryan O’Hara and Ben Rutter began their business, C4S Search, in a garage back in 2012 when they were both aged 22.

They grew the firm into a global service with an office in Stonehill Green to support organisations by helping them recruit the sort of employees they’re looking for.

Its new accounting and finance division will cover every stage of the recruitment process from executive searching down to the transactional level.

C4S Search will also be offering permanent and interim solutions to clients and candidates.

Director Ben is excited about the expansion, which has been in the pipeline for some time.

He said “This has been in our plans for two or three years now and we have been waiting to secure the right team to launch the division.

“This now completes our offering across the STEM sectors and allows us to provide our clients with talent for all of the toughest areas, where demand heavily outweighs supply.

“For many years, our clients have been asking us to support them with finance roles and we’re extremely excited to now officially go-live and bring what we feel is a fresh and slightly new approach to what’s available in today’s market.”

The award-winning talent acquisition company’s problem-solving team works with some of the largest brands across the world.

Historically, it focused on IT, digital and engineering recruitment sectors.

It aims to act quickly to create tailored solutions for both candidate and client, with the aim of building long-term relationships.

The sector head of the new division, Marc Harris, said: “Im really excited to be joining C4S Search to help build and drive the finance division forward.

“I have more than 20 years of recruitment experience within the sector and along with the rest of the team, our goal is to build a reputable, reliable and consultative brand that will be recognised for doing things the right way.”
