The third annual 'student lockdown' event will be held in the town centre later this month.
From 5pm to 8pm on September 30, the free event will be open the student population of Swindon with a valid card.
Organised by inSwindon BID, the event aims to support the businesses in the town centre by attracting fresh footfall.
A registration zone on the night will allow students to sign in to the event and receive exclusive discounts and a goody bag.
Around the town centre, shops taking part in the event will be offering free merchandise and discounts.
Di Powell, inSwindon BID CEO, said: “We’re excited about the return of the student lockdown and thrilled to have the support of over 30 businesses.
“This is a chance for students to take advantage of some fantastic offers right here in the town centre.”
