Swindon Supermarine is set to celebrate their President's Day tomorrow.

Organised by Pixie Bickell, the first female president of Swindon Supermarine, the day will be open to the public and host a variety of events for all ages.

Opening at 10am, a beer festival will be open throughout the day as well as a tournament of touch rugby taking place at 12 and then two competitive games, a men's and a women's, happening later in the afternoon.

Speaking about the event, Pixie, who has been president for five years, said: "My vision is to see all sections of the club come together and play rugby.

"We'll have all sorts. Lots of stalls, ice cream, a cocktail bar, a BBQ and a free bouncy castle for the kids.

"I'm incredibly proud, I've been with the club 27 years and it's great to be the first every female president.

"It's all about bringing people together and making a true blue family."

There will also be an evening event which Pixie says she wants people to "have a great time and socialise."
