Children looked after by Swindon Borough Council had a special day of fun at Lydiard Park.
The annual celebration for children in care and their carers allows them to get together along with council staff and celebrate their successes.
Mary Martin, the cabinet member for children, said: “It is always incredibly heartwarming when we hold events for the children in our care because you can see just how much it means to the young people who take part.
“It is also a good opportunity to say thank you to all our wonderful carers for providing a loving and stable home for the children who need it.
"They all do a fabulous job and I am very grateful to each and every one of them.”
The youngsters were able to let off some steam on a bouncy castle, had glitter tattoos applied and were able to take part in a biscuit design competition.
A Swindon Town FC coach was present to see children show off their skills
Every child was given a small gift to end the day.
