A lorry has crashed into a tree on the A419, causing traffic hell for commuters during the evening rush hour.
The A419 Northbound has been closed at the junction with the A420, close to the Rat Trap pub in Stratton.
The Air Ambulance is on the scene attending to the driver of the lorry.
Police were called at 4.45pm and have confirmed no other vehicles are involved in the collision.
The South Western Ambulance Service have said that a man was treated at the scene and has been transported to hospital for further care.
Traffic stuck on the A419 is now being released by police and diversions are in place for other drivers.
