A MAN has appeared before the magistrates accused of molesting his sister over a nine year period.
The Swindon man, who cannot be named to protect the identity of his alleged victim, pleaded not guilty to two counts of assaulting a girl under the age of 13 by sexual touching and two counts of sexual activity with a female family member aged 13 to 17.
The allegations relate to a nine-year period between 2004 and 2013.
Appearing before magistrates in a smart suit and tie, he spoke only to confirm his name, address, date of birth and nationality.
The justices granted him unconditional bail to appear before Swindon Crown Court on November 8 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
