The Works in Blunsdon
THE WORKS has opened up a new store in the Brunel Shopping Centre in the town centre.
The discount retailer, which specialises in discount books and stationery, joins four other branches in Swindon at the Designer Outlet, Dobbies Garden Centre, Blunsdon and the Old Town Co-op.
The opening is in contrast to the number of stores that have recently shut down, including Argos and Starbucks.
With 502 stores nationwide, the company was founded in 1981.
