A charity, whose vice chair recently bought his ninth Lexus car, has secured a windfall from the Swindon dealership.
The Swindon & District Branch of Parkinson's UK received £1550 from Toyota’s Fund for a Better Tomorrow scheme, which will help cover the cost of exercise classes the group puts on for members.
Tony Falkingham, who has had a relationship with the franchise for roughly 20 years, said: "It's lovely to get this donation. We don't get many people giving us that much, especially being such a small charity."
“Every year we look to support a local charity," said Lexus centre principle Jon Fish. "This year, as Tony has been such a great customer I thought it was the least we could do to support this group."
