SWINDON: Dion Greaves, 23, of Harrison Road, Lower Harlestone, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and supplying class A drugs to an undercover police officer. He was remanded in custody to appear before Swindon Crown Court on November 8 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

SWINDON: Ben Reid, 32, of no fixed address, was jailed for 12 weeks as magistrates activated a suspended sentence imposed in June for a burglary. He had failed to comply with the terms of a community order.

TOOTHILL: Jermell Joseph, 30, of Bosham Close, was remanded in custody to appear before Swindon Crown Court on November 8. He has been charged with supplying class A drugs.

TOWN CENTRE: Georgina Perkins, 23, of Station Road, was fined £120 and banned from the roads for 36 months after she admitted being over the drink drive limit.

Tests showed she had 112 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes. Perkins was ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

PURTON: Warren Wright, 29, of Upper Pavenhill, admitted stalking a woman by repeatedly visiting her home address and accessing her social media accounts. He was fined £100, ordered to complete up to 20 rehabilitation activity days and pay £170 in costs and surcharge.A 12-month restraining order will ban him from contacting his female victim.

WOOTTON BASSETT: A farmer from Royal Wootton Bassett has been fined for leaving black bin bags in the road.

Jonathon Harley, 46, of Whitehill Lane, admitted depositing controlled waste on Whitehill Lane without having a council permit allowing him to do so.

He was fined £360 and ordered to pay £3,502.87 costs to Wiltshire Council. Harley must also pay a £36 victim surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Nicholas Davis, 49, of East Street, will stand trial on a charge he stole £15-worth of vodka from Iceland. He was granted unconditional bail for the trial on February 3.

PINEHURST: Christopher Desantos, 30, of Lilac Court, is charged with supplying heroin and crack cocaine to an undercover police officer.

He was remanded in custody to appear before Swindon Crown Court on November 15 for a plea hearing.

SWINDON: John Gibbons, 50, of no fixed address, is accused of supplying class A drugs to undercover police officers and others. He entered no pleas and was remanded in custody to appear before Swindon Crown Court on November 15.

WILTSHIRE: Christopher Annan, 35, of Coombe Road, Croydon, denies stealing cosmetics and electronics from Boots and having a de-tagger for use in the course of a theft.

He was granted bail to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court for the trial on February 13. Under his bail conditions he is banned from visiting Boots in Devizes.

SWINDON: Karl Foster, 31, of no fixed address, was sent to prison for 18 weeks after he admitted failing to comply with a community order and stealing tools from Wilko.

He took an axe, bolt cutters and a crow bar from Wilko and food worth £12.74 from Kingshill service station.

SWINDON: Wiltshire Police was given the go-ahead to keep hold of £1,186 seized from Lewis Badcock, of Suffolk Street, in 2018.
