A SWINDON school has bounced back getting a 'good' rating from government inspector Ofsted.
King William CE Primary School at King William Street was visited by the watchdog and received the rating for all five criteria.
This follows it being given a 'needs improvement' rating by the regulator two years ago.
The inspectors said: “King William Street is a school where pupils feel welcome and included.
"They told us that they feel safe and that staff care about them.
“The headteacher and the staff work on the right aspects of improvement to ensure that the school continually improves.”
But it still needs to improve on some areas for it to be considered outstanding.
One part identified by the team of inspectors was the curriculum needing to be better planned in some subjects.
Leaders of the school have been advised to use assessments effectively to plan future work for students.
