A MAN has been jailed for four weeks after admitting arson and shoplifting offences.
Dean Downes, 26, of no fixed address, Salisbury, appeared in Salisbury Magistrates Court yesterday (Tuesday, December 10).
On November 5, Downes stole whisky worth over £100 from Sainsbury's in The Maltings.
And on November 6, he set fire to items in a bin in The Friary.
He was jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay £105 compensation.
