WALCOT: Henry Stevens, 18, of Raleigh Avenue, admitted assaulting another man.

He must complete 70 hours of unpaid work, pay £75 compensation and £130 in costs and surcharge.

PINEHURST: Aston Fear, 19, of Chestnut Avenue, admitted damaging one man’s BMW and another’s iPhone 7.

He must pay a total of £750 in compensation.

NINE ELMS: Karol Mocko, 36, of Beehive Close, was fined £170 for assaulting a police officer. He must pay £50 compensation and £117 in costs and surcharge.

GRANGE PARK: Caitlin Pearce, 19, of Bancroft Close, admitted careless driving and failing to stop at the scene of an accident where damage was caused to another vehicle.

The accident took place at Pike House Close, Cricklade, on April 27, when Pearce was driving a Mitsubishi.

She was fined £345, ordered to pay £50 compensation and her driving record endorsed with five penalty points.

Pearce must also pay £115 in costs and surcharge.

NORTH SWINDON: Glen Walker, 21, of Pembroke Gardens, pleaded guilty to drink driving.

Breathalyser tests found he had 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was picked up behind the wheel of a VW Golf on Great Western Way on October 18.

Walker was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

PARK NORTH: Tomasz Duranski, 31, of Milverton Court, admitted cannabis drug driving.

He was fined £280, banned from the roads for 12 months and ordered to pay £70 in costs and surcharge.

OLD TOWN: Stephanie Goncalves, 27, of Cricklade Street, pleaded guilty to drink driving.

She was behind the wheel of a Peugeot 308 when she was picked up on October 20 on Oxford Road. Breathalyser tests found she had 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £340, disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LIDEN: A thief has been banned from the town centre Wilko after admitting stealing a toilet seat and other goods from the store. Between September 6 and October 7, Steed Howells, 29, of Briarswood Court, stole £169-worth of goods including plug-in air fresheners, a Sky TV remote, washing tablets and a toilet seat.

Howells was sentenced a 12-month community order banning him from Wilko in the Parade for six months.

OLD TOWN: Cori Taylor, 21, of Wheatcroft Way, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Hooper’s Place and assaulting a police constable.

He must carry out 140 hours of unpaid work, pay £20 compensation and £175 in costs and surcharge.

TAW HILL: An Audi TT driver who was almost twice the drink drive limit has been fined £600.

John Webb, 35, of Dydale Road, was behind the wheel of his ’60 plate Audi on Rodbourne Road when he was stopped. Tests found he had 153 milligrammes of blood in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80.

He was banned from the roads for 18 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

PARK NORTH: Lei Smart, 19, of Milverton Court, will face a crown court judge over accusations he was dealing crack cocaine and heroin in Swindon on November 19.

He has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs. He was bailed to appear before Swindon Crown Court on December 20.

PURTON: Eleanor Phillips, 19, of Station Road, was fined £83 after she admitted driving without due car and attention in the Morris Street car park in Rodbourne.

Her licence was endorsed with three penalty points. She must pay a £30 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: A Bulgarian who stole a purse from a vulnerable woman must complete 200 hours of unpaid work.

Ruska Radeva, 38, of Turnpike Lane, Haringey, admitted stealing the purse containing £40 cash. He was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment suspended for two years.

He must pay £90 compensation, £122 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
