A TEEN threatened to kill any PCSO he saw in Penhill, a court heard.

The 18-year-old, who now lives in Banwell, north Somerset, appeared before Swindon Magistrates’ Court charged with threatening to kill any police community support officer he sees in Penhill, threatening a man with a knife in Shalbourne Close, Penhill, GBH with intent, affray, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assaulting police officers.
He entered no pleas to the charges and was bailed to appear before Swindon Crown Court on January 10 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Under the terms of his bail conditions he must not enter the Borough of Swindon except for court hearings and appointments with his lawyers.
