A MEDICAL centre has been rated 'good' in all categories by inspectors for its second time.

Care Quality Commissioner inspectors visited The Lawn Medical Centre at Guildford Avenue Lawn to see if the quality standard had been kept.

They found that the patients at the centre were in good hands where safety is concerned.

In the report it said: "The practice had good systems to manage risk so that safety incidents were less likely to happen. When they did happen, the practice learned from them and improved their processes."

Staff were found to be caring of the patients.

It said: "Staff involved and treated people with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.

"There was a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement at all levels of the organisation."

It also highlighted that the categories like effective services, responsive to needs, and well-led services were worthy of being given a good rating.
