Parents who have not yet applied for a primary school place for their children who are either starting education in September or moving up from infants should do so immediately.
The deadline to make an application for a place at a school in Swindon closes tomorrow, Wednesday January 15
While it's still possible to make an application after that date, all such will be classified as 'late applications'. Late applications are not considered until all on-time applications have been considered and places allocated.
Parents who mange to get their application in by the end of the working day tomorrow will hear which place their child or children have been allocated by April 16.
They will then have two weeks, until the end of April to accept the offer.
Applications can be made online via Swindon Borough Council's website swindon.gov.uk, by searching for 'school places' in the search box on the homepage.
