The Corn Hall Deli is to become a permanent fixture in cirencester.

The venue, that was set up as a pop-up in December and planned to operate until early January, will now remain in the town.

Located in Cirencester's Corn Hall, the deli becomes a wine bar and tasting room on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

Local produce available to buy includes bread from Lechlade's Sourdough Revolution, salamis and cured meats from The Cotswold Curer and truffles from The Truffle Hunter.

New lines expected to be added seasonally, with executive chef of nearby MBB Brasserie, Ethan Rodgers, helping source the various products.

“We are planning a series of master classes and wine tastings throughout the year at the moment and on Valentines will be giving a free glass of Prosecco from and in the deli to those dining in the restaurant that night,” the chef said.

Corn Hall Deli is situated opposite MBB Brasserie in Cirencester’s Corn Hall. It is open Monday to Thursday 9:30-17:30 and on Thursdays, Friday and Saturday with extended bar hours of 18:30-22:00.
