New mental health craft workshops are starting in Pinehurst next week.
Ipsum and Pinecones Community Cafe will host the first session of the year at Pinetrees Community Centre on Wednesday January 29 between 10.30am-12.30pm.
The workshop will be involve using poppy seed heads as the basis to create figures of people and characters.
The mental health and wellbeing charity will continue to host bi monthly workshops where participants will take part in a range of craft activities.
Sue Bardwell, art room facilitator for Ipsum said: "This is part of our outreach work, to try and involve other people who may need our help and also get our service users to go elsewhere and get out of their comfort zone."
