AN AUDI appeared to have been crashed into bike lock hoops as it was driven at speed around a Dorcan car park.
Police were called at around 8.20pm on Thursday night to reports of a dumped saloon in the car park at Edison business park - a stone's throw from the Adver offices.
Four metal hoops for securing bicycles had been flattened.
Wiltshire Police said: "Officers found a damaged Audi in the car park. There were four people with the vehicle including the owner.
"She told officers that a man amongst the party of four had driven the car (which is believed to have been parked in the car park originally) at speed around the car park and then crashed it."
A man, 21, was arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent and driving without a licence or insurance.
