PROPERTIES across the region are at risk of flooding according to the Gov.UK website.
Property flooding is expected along the River Thames at Purley Village.
The Gov.UK website explains "river levels are now steady and falling slowly on the River Thames at Purley following recent rainfall".
It continues: "Further flooding of property is no longer expected, however it is possible, especially at River Gardens, Purley."

The website explains incident response staff are operating weirs to reduce flood risk, and have been in the area to support the community.
Residents are being advised to "keep in place any property flood protection products you are using, such as flood barriers and air brick covers, and move family, pets and cars until levels have safely receded".
The website explains property flooding is possible at River Thames for Shiplake, Lower Shiplake and Wargrave but is no longer expected.

It explains flooding of roads and farmland is still expected but the risk of flooding of property is reducing in the Shiplake area.
People are being told to "avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses".
Flood alerts are also in place in the following areas: Lower River Loddon, River Kennet from Thatcham down to Reading, River Pang from East Ilsley to Pangbourne and Sulham Brook and River Thames from Mapledurham to Sonning.
Property flooding is not expected in these areas.
