Perry's Lane in Wroughton is still closed after heavy flooding from Storm Dennis last weekend.
Swindon Borough Council posted on Facebook that traffic still couldn't use the road and that a pump is on loan from the Environmental Agency.
The pump is being used to reduce the water on the road which will be closed until it is safe to reopen.
Someone in Wroughton has even added a model seal to the water.
On Facebook, the council said: "Perry's Lane in Wroughton is still sealed off to traffic after flooding last weekend.
"A pump is on loan from the environmental Agency and is being used to reduce water on the road, which will remain closed until it is safe to reopen"
When the road flooded long-time resident Anne Slater said: “I’ve lived here for 54 years and the last time I remember it flooding was in the 70s and last Christmas.
"But this is the worst I’ve ever seen the road get.
“Rubbish gets collected under the road and that’s what’s caused this huge flood.
“It’s been like this since Saturday, houses are in danger of being flooded.”
