The pub arranged a 'Pooch and Munch' dog walk on Saturday, February 22.

Pub landlady Jayne Tilsley said: "What an honour as a dog lover to meet such a courageous dog.

"But the biggest shout really needs to go to Lost Dogs totally voluntary amazing people."

In total, £523 was raised on the night to go towards Coco's recovery.

A page on Facebook set up to update people on Coco's journey said: "We've just got back from visiting The Fox and Hounds Theale.

"It's so amazing to see so many people there helping to raise money and showing so much love for Coco.

"We are so, so grateful.

"We have to say a massive, massive thank you to Jayne and her team at the pub and all of the DogLost ladies who were also there.

"Coco was a bit excited and very vocal and definitely showed her appreciation too."

Coco was found lifeless besides the train track two days after a huge search was carried out to find her when she went missing from her home.

So far, £8,725 has been raised to help towards Coco's medical fees, but more is needed to reach the target of £10,000.
