A FLASHER shocked customers and staff at TX Maxx.
The incident happened at the fashion store on Great Western Way after the man and two others attempted to steal shoes.
Two men made off while the third indecently exposed himself to staff multiple times in full view of other customers before leaving.
Wiltshire Police has released an image from CCTV of the man they want to speak to.
PC William Saunders said: “This is a concerning incident, especially as the man exposed himself in front of a number of people who were shopping at the time – this could potentially have included young children.
“If you have any information about the identity of the man pictured, please get in touch.”
