A THIRTEEN-year-old boy was caught carrying knives and weapons in Warrington town centre three times in just over a week.
The teenager, from Runcorn, was found in possession of a 3ft pole on Buttermarket Street on January 20.
Six days later on January 26, he was caught with a knuckle duster on Sankey Street.
And on January 28, the boy – who cannot be named for legal reasons – was found to be carrying a kitchen knife on Horsemarket Street.
He admitted possession of a bladed article in a public place and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place at Warrington Magistrates Court on Wednesday, March 18.
Magistrates handed him an eight-month youth referral order and a £21 victim surcharge.
Forfeiture and destruction of the weapons was also ordered.
