A “known dealer” with 20 wraps of crack cocaine and more than £1,000 in cash has been arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

Officers visited the address of a vulnerable man in Park South on Sunday after being tipped off that the address was being used by drug dealers.

A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “PC Head, PC Westlake, PC Plaister and PC Richards carried out some excellent work.

“Inside the address was a known dealer who had in his possession 20 wraps of crack cocaine, two mobile phones and £1200 in cash.

“The male was arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and was taken to Gablecross custody.”
