FOR a second week, residents in Westbury gathered to applaud healthcare workers fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
Children and parents joined others across town last night, standing outside their front door to show support for hardworking hospital staff as well as supermarket staff, care workers, bin collectors, teachers and others.
From Westbury station trains could also be heard sounding their horns in solidarity.
The event is expected to happen every Thursday at 8pm.
