FIVE verbal warnings and a fixed penalty notice were issued today, as police officers conducted speed enforcement checks near Salisbury.
Officers from Amesbury Community Policing Team were conducting the checks along Tidworth Road in Porton.
The fixed penalty notice was issued as a vehicle did not have the appropriate MOT, as it had expired in February.
Wiltshire Police said: "We will continue to conduct similar monitoring of speed at Community Speed Watch sites across the Amesbury area."
