AN ‘erratic’ and speeding driver has been reported after being spotted by police in Bradford.
Officers saw the driver of the black Audi and it emerged they had already received a warning under section 59 of the Police Reform Act in February.
The driver had the vehicle seized and they have also been reported.
Under section 59 of the act, vehicles can be seized if the police officer/PCSO reasonably believes that a mechanically propelled vehicle is being used in a manner: causing, or likely to cause alarm, distress or annoyance to the public, and: contravening section 3 (careless/inconsiderate driving).
