These are the first pictures of the 41 metre-long cranes being driven into Swindon this morning.
The massive gantry cranes travelled from Membury Services on the M4 at 10am, destined for the BMW Swindon Pressings plant on Bridge End Road.
This was the scene on the A419 a little before 11am.
...and police guiding the cranes over the railway bridge at Greenbridge.
