Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing Bournemouth man.

Miles Thomas Bedford, who is 21 years old and originally from Yateley in Hampshire, was reported missing at 4.27am on Wednesday, July 8.

This follows him being in phone contact with his family a short time before and sounding very upset.
Miles is described as white, six feet four inches tall and of slender build. He has mousy blond hair and may be wearing glasses.

It is not known what he is wearing.

Chief Inspector Lindsay Dudfield, of Dorset Police said: "We are very concerned about Miles as it appears that he was very upset during a phone call to his family in the early hours of today.
"Unfortunately, it is not known where Miles has been staying in recent days. We are hoping the public can help us with information about where he might currently be living. We urgently need to hear from anyone who has seen him.
"If Miles himself sees this appeal, please contact us or your family as we want to ensure you are safe and well."
