A MAN in his 60s was killed after his van crashed with a lorry on the A420 this morning.
The crash happened on the stretch between Buckland and Pusey in Oxfordshire at 3am and the road has been closed in both directions all day.
The fatal collision involved a white Ford Transit van and a white Mercedes lorry.
A 39-year-old Surrey man was been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving by Thames Valley Police and is currently in custody.
Investigating officer, detective sergeant Anthony Jenkins of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.
“I would also ask any motorists who were in the local area around the time to check any dash-cam footage in case it may have captured something that could assist with the investigation.
