Heatwave hits Swindon with 31C temperatures forecast today and tomorrow
A HEATWAVE has hit Swindon as temperatures of 31 degrees Celsius are forecast for today and tomorrow.
Scorching sunshine and clear skies are expected throughout the next 48 hours, with highs of up to 31C and lows of 19C.
The summer weather will stick around on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with cloudier skies and a slightly lower max temperature of 29C.
Hay fever sufferers may be hit hard by the high pollen levels. Anyone heading outside should slap some suncream on because UV levels will be high too.
