The death of a man near Swindon railway station is not being treated as suspicious, police confirmed.
Officers from Wiltshire Police were called to Gloucester Street in the town centre by paramedics at 10.30am on Sunday following the sudden death of a man in his 40s.
A crime scene was in place for most of the day while detectives and forensics officers carried out their enquiries.
A spokeswoman for Wiltshire Police confirmed: “His death is not being treated as suspicious and his family have been informed.
“Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time and a file will now be prepared for HM Coroner.”
