A wedding photographer given a “warning shot” last year has admitted breaching his sexual risk order for a second time.

Peter Albanese, 44, was made subject to the order last May by magistrates after concerns were raised he was plying young teens with alcohol and taking them out for meals.

Last October he was sentenced to 20 months imprisonment suspended for two years. He admitted breaching the order within months of it being made by the justices.

Appearing before Swindon Crown Court on Friday, Albanese, of the David Murray John Tower, Canal Walk, admitted breaching the sexual risk order by texting a 16-year-old boy in August last year. The case was adjourned for sentence on October 14.

Last year, Judge Jason Taylor QC warned Albanese he was being given a final chance.

Sparing him an immediate spell in prison, the judge said: “You need to understand, Mr Albanese, this has been a very close-run thing. This is a warning shot. This is now hanging over your head. You breach this then you are going to prison.

“You pose a high risk of serious harm towards children and you even describe the sexual risk order as being there to protect you. It is to protect others. You should not need help protecting yourself.”
