A STOW man who failed to give a specimen of breath to a police officer has been disqualified from driving.
Hugo Cheston, 50, of Spindle Court, admitted the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on August 27.
Cheston was stopped in his vehicle in Gloucester on July 24.
Magistrates banned him from driving for 14 months and ordered him to pay a fine and costs totalling £199.
