A DRIVER has been fined £660 after he was convicted of driving without insurance.
Quintin Mclennan, 35, of Chester Crescent, Cirencester, was found guilty of the offence via the Single Justice Procedure in his absence at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on August 26.
He was caught driving on Chester Street, Cirencester, on December 3 last year without insurance.
Mclennan was handed six penalty points on his licence and ordered to pay costs totalling £151.
