UPPER STRATTON: Ewan Burrows, 18, of Green Road, admitted being concerned in the supply of cannabis between March 20, 2020 and April 19, 2020. He was given a 12-month community order with requirements to do 30 hours at an attendance centre and up to 10 rehabilitation activity days. The teenager was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £95 victim surcharge. The cannabis was forfeit and will be destroyed.

SWINDON: Danisa Hunda, 23, of Callington Road, Bristol, elected trial by jury on an allegation he disclosed a private sexual photograph without consent on June 23, 2019, and with the intention of causing the individual in the image distress.

He will appear before Swindon Crown Court on October 30.

SWINDON: Matthew Cole, 36, whose address cannot be published after magistrates made a reporting restriction under the Contempt of Court Act, was given an 18-month community order with a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and up to 12 rehabilitation activity days after he was convicted of assaulting a man by beating him.

He must pay £620 costs and an £85 victim surcharge. A restraining order prevents him from contacting a woman and man until September 2021.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Daniel Howlett, 33, of Archway Road, Highgate, admitted assaulting two women in Royal Wootton Bassett on June 22, 2020, and three counts of criminal damage. He was sentenced to an 18-month community order with a two month curfew and a requirement to complete up to 25 rehabilitation days. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge. No restraining order was made.

SWINDON: A 16-year-old who had a knife on him at St Luke’s School on November 6 last year was given a four-month youth referral order. He must pay a £21 victim surcharge.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Simon Hutchings, 31, of Shakespeare Road, admitted harassment. He sent a large number of texts, made calls and sent letters to a woman between July 11 and 14, 2020.

He was given a 12-month community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Jason Murray, 28, of Chapel Street, admitted being in possession of a samurai sword in Potterdown Road on January 14, driving a Volvo v50 without insurance and while he was banned from driving.

He was given a 26-week prison sentence suspended for a year, must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and was banned from driving for a year.

He was ordered to pay £250 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Connor Moran, 22, of Aylesbury Street, entered no pleas to an allegation of possession with intent to supply cannabis in Swindon on September 30, 2020. He was bailed to attend a plea and trial preparation hearing at Swindon Crown Court on October 30.

TOWN CENTRE: Franklin Allen, 20, of Rolleston Street, admitted damaging a bedroom door on July 9, 2020. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £22 victim surcharge.

BADBURY PARK: Mark Campbell, 48, of Homington Avenue, pleaded guilty to harassing two women between February 7 and 10. He was fined £233 and given a 12-month restraining order. Magistrates ordered he pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

TOOTHILL: Robina Puffett, 27, of Affleck Close, pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine and stealing a purse and contents worth £850 in Marlborough on January 9, 2020. She was jailed for 14 days and ordered to pay £850 compensation.

SWINDON: Joshua Orchard, 21, of no fixed address, entered no pleas to allegations he was in possession of cannabis in Swindon on November 6, 2019, with intent to supply it and that he was in possession of cocaine. He was remanded in custody for a plea hearing on October 30.

SWINDON: Kris Cooper, 36, of no fixed address, was jailed for three months after he admitted threatening behaviour intending to cause two people to fear violence would be used against them on July 29, 2020, assaulting a police officer on May 18 by spitting at him and a public order offence committed on the same date.

WILTSHIRE: Daniel Boreham, 44, of Dartmoor prison, pleaded guilty to two allegations of assaulting prison officers at HMP Erlestoke on December 6. 2019. He was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for a year and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
